This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from Khuenphu.com (the “Site”).

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We refer to this information as “Order Information”.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

  • Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
  • When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

CHANGES

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

MINORS

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.

KHUENPHU SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING METHOD

We ship orders to anywhere in the USA via USPS, FedEx and/or UPS which can take 3-10 business days, depending on location and product mix. We do not ship overseas at this time.

SHIPPING PROCESS

Orders are processed within 2 days of receipt. Orders that are placed after 1 pm PST will not be processed until the following day and shipped within 3-5 business days thereafter. 

Orders placed on Friday after 1pm will start being processed the following Monday and shipped thereafter.

Note that you could receive a notice that your order was “processed” but it will not ship until 3 to 5 business days thereafter.

Please be sure to ship to an address where the package can be brought inside immediately to preserve its condition. We are unable to ship to PO boxes.​

SHIPPING COSTS

Standard Shipping is offered via USPS, FedEx and/or UPS and takes 2-10 business days, depending on location and product mix. Shipping costs are based on your location and will be calculated and presented during the checkout process. No Saturday or Sunday delivery available at this time.

SHIPPING TRACKING

In your order confirmation you will find a number to track your order from the moment it has shipped.

​SHIPPING DURING HOLIDAYS

On national holidays our shipping partners may be closed or offer limited holiday service. In such cases, temporary holiday shipping policy terms will be displayed at the top of the Cart page before the Checkout process.

KHUENPHU REFUND POLICY

Our 100% satisfaction guarantee policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in its original packaging. All refunds and exchanges are subject to review. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

PRODUCT RETURN

To return your product, please mail it to: 14500 E 14th St. #3726, San Leandro, CA 94578. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. You are responsible to pay for the cost of shipping back to our facility.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he or she will find out about the return.

PRODUCT RETURN APPROVAL

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

PRODUCT RETURN PROCESS

If you are approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

PRODUCT RETURN REFUND

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve followed all the appropriate steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@khuenphu.com.
